The 2nd set jam starts with an extremely minimalist--almost desultory--Dark Star, and then crashes very unexpectedly into an MLB jam, something it seems like ages since they last played, and it kinda shows. The rest of Dark Star is pretty noisy & unmelodic, which, after so many shows that were very musical I thought I was looking forward to, but here they do it & it's kind of disappointing. I think even chaos is something you need to practice if you really want to do it well.
